Castora provides a Skills Intelligence Hiring Platform for creating structured interview kits, detecting bias in interview questions, and promoting fair hiring practices. Our services include:

- Job description analysis
- Analytics and reporting features
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update your information as needed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Account Termination

All content, features, and functionality of Castora, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design, are owned by Castora and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create using our platform (interview questions, job descriptions, etc.). By using our services, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content to provide our services.
5.3 AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI tools is provided to you for your use. However, you are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use in actual hiring processes.
6. Subscription and Payments
6.1 Pricing
Our pricing plans are described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice to existing subscribers.
6.2 Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
6.3 Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU USE OUR SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK.
While we strive to detect bias and promote fair hiring, our tools are not a substitute for human judgment and legal compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring your hiring practices comply with applicable employment laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASTORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Castora and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of third parties.
